Open Source License Agreement

This Open Source License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into and effective as of the date of use or distribution by and between the Licensor (individual or entity providing the software) and the Licensee (individual or entity using, modifying, or distributing the software).

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants the Licensee a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute the software, including source code and compiled versions.

2. Restrictions

The Licensee agrees not to:
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or license information.
- Use the software for unlawful or malicious purposes.
- Hold the Licensor liable for any damages or issues arising from the software's use.

3. Intellectual Property

The software remains the intellectual property of the Licensor, and this Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights. The Licensee acknowledges and respects the Licensor's rights.

4. No Warranty

The software is provided "as is," without warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Licensor shall not be liable for any issues, damage, or loss arising from the software's use.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensee's rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if they fail to comply with its terms.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction].

By using, modifying, or distributing the software, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the software.
